30-Day Returns (Unopened Kits)
You may return any unopened, unused kit within 30 days from the date of delivery for a full refund of the product purchase price.
- To be eligible, all materials (ceramic blanks, acrylic paint pots, brushes, and sealed glazes) must remain in their original, unopened retail packaging.
- Customers are responsible for covering return shipping postage unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Damaged or Broken Items (Zero-Hassle Free Replacements)
Ceramic items can be delicate during transit. If any item arrives cracked, damaged, or defective (e.g., leaked sealant or dried paint pots), you do not need to ship the kit back.
- Please email us at support@kunvos.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Include your order confirmation number and a clear photograph of the damaged piece.
- We will immediately dispatch a free replacement component or an entire brand-new kit at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the consumable nature of craft supplies, we cannot accept returns on kits where paint pots have been opened, brushes dipped, or craft work initiated, unless a manufacturing defect is present.
Refund Processing
Once your returned kit is received and inspected, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method (Stripe, PayPal, Credit Card) within 3–5 business days.
