Thank you for choosing Kunvos. Here is everything you need to know about our shipping speeds, rates, and package delivery:

Order Processing Time

  • All orders are dispatched from our fulfillment center within 24 to 48 business hours (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).
  • Orders placed over the weekend will begin processing the following Monday.

Shipping Times & Rates

  • Standard US Delivery: 3–7 business days. 
  • Free US Shipping: Automatically applied to all qualifying orders over $50.00 USD.
  • International Delivery: 7–14 business days depending on customs clearance and regional postal networks. International rates calculate dynamically at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an automatic dispatch email containing your carrier tracking number (USPS, FedEx, or UPS). Please allow 24 hours for carrier tracking scans to appear online.

Transit Protection for Ceramic Kits

All ceramic items are packed with drop-resistant bubble wrap and custom-fitted carton dividers. If your package arrives damaged during shipping, contact us at support@kunvos.com within 7 days with a picture of the package, and we will dispatch a replacement immediately.
